• Prioritize daily workflow for store and customer experience teams with clear task assignments and metrics.
• Drive sales through outstanding customer service and brand experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting Rifle's values in every interaction.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment and Quality Control to ensure stock and store readiness.
• Share insights from customer feedback to improve cross-functional processes.
• Respond to customer questions and assist in buying decisions.
• Maintain a neat store and stay current with promotions, payments, exchanges, and security.
