Rifle Paper Co. is opening a new store in Tampa, FL. We are seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to serve as a brand ambassador, helping guests discover perfect gifts and home accents while upholding our visual and service standards.

You will warmly welcome customers, share the Rifle story, and build authentic connections through expert product knowledge and collaborative teamwork. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required as we gear up for a Fall 2026 launch.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with team and customers.
• Detail oriented with a genuine passion for design and Rifle Paper Co. aesthetic.
• Collaborative team player balancing customer service with store goals.
• Ability to creatively drive sales through outstanding customer service.
• Availability to work a varying schedule including evenings, weekends, or extended hours.
