Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess needs, and offer styling recommendations.
• Hit personal sales goals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to maintain standards and guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge of merchandise features and pricing.
• Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and inviting.
• Process transactions accurately using POS.
• Assist with inventory: receive shipments and count stock.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Handle returns and exchanges to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report on schedule; flexible to business needs.
• Must be 18+ and available nights/weekends.
