Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine their needs, assist with finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and understand features, benefits, and pricing of merchandise.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Report to work as scheduled and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
• Must be 18 years or older and available nights & weekends.
