Responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify needs, and assist with finding merchandise and styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team to maintain store standards and deliver excellent guest service.
• Maintain product knowledge of merchandise, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving shipments and stock counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols, and handle returns/exchanges per policy.
