Job summary

Centricity, a Reston-based marketing and branding agency, is seeking a Brand Services Coordinator. You will learn Centricity capabilities, client profiles, and needs, executing work from established processes and ensuring client orders meet expectations set by the VP of Brand Services.

You will join a collaborative team handling production logistics, using our CRM/Order Management platform, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to strategy sessions while maintaining clear status

Qualifications

• Able to take initiative and own their work under deadlines.
• Professional demeanor when communicating with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and data accuracy assurance
• Client Relationship management
• Purchase order creation/management
• On time delivery management of products and projects
• Invoice processing and resolving errors
• Minor accounts payable functions
• Process several new orders daily while managing others
• Balance multiple orders with tight deadlines
• Complete training on proprietary software
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Maintain status reports and communicate updates
• Perform additional administrative duties
