Job summary

HSP Brands is seeking a part-time Brand Activator to create engaging in-store tastings and accurately tell brand stories in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will represent premium beverages at retail locations, engage shoppers, and manage product samples, delivering a professional tasting experience.

Role requires 21+, reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Training is provided and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• BASIC REQUIREMENTS: The ability and confidence to engage consumers in a public retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned event locations.
• Availability for evening and weekend assignments.
• Required alcohol service certification for your state.

Responsibilities

• Represent top-tier beverage brands at retail locations and event tastings.
• Engage with customers, share brand stories, and educate consumers on product details
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive, memorable brand experience
• Set up and manage product samples or displays (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)
• Stand for 4–6 hours during activations
• Participate in fun incentive programs, contests, and cash prize opportunities
