The Brand Representative plays a crucial role in delivering a world-class shopping experience, welcoming guests, understanding needs, and offering styling recommendations to drive sales.

You will collaborate with the team, maintain visual displays, stock shelves, process transactions with the POS system, and assist with inventory. The role supports the mission Stand Out.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile and determine their needs.
• Achieve personal sales goals and upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest's shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge with understanding of features, benefits, and pricing.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety protocols.
• Report to work as scheduled, and remain flexible for the business needs.
