Stand Out For Good, Inc. is a rapidly growing women’s fashion company operating across 38 states with 130+ locations. The Brand Representative role focuses on delivering a world-class guest experience, guiding customers to the right merchandise, and offering styling advice to boost sales.

You will work with the team to meet sales goals, maintain appealing displays, and ensure accurate checkout and inventory procedures. This is a part-time position requiring availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Provide world-class guest service and styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain store standards and keep shelves stocked and displays appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and handle returns per policy.
