Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering energetic, authentic, and customer-first service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to store goals through sales and merchandising in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 0–1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a passion for the Vans lifestyle. This is a part-time position focused on delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
