Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service while supporting sales, merchandising, and store operations.

The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, teamwork, and adaptability. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and 0–1 year of experience is acceptable. Part-time or internship status may apply.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
