Carter’s is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in California to greet customers, help them explore baby and children’s apparel, and guide them through promotions and loyalty rewards. You’ll support a fast-paced, inclusive store environment with a focus on service excellence and accuracy at the register.

The role emphasizes helping customers across omnichannel channels, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a welcoming, safe store; flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.
