Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)
• Opportunities for regular part-time and full-time roles

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge and love for our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payment processes
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and fast-paced adaptability
• Promote the Rewards program to customers
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
