Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a storefront team member in Illinois to deliver friendly, attentive service at the point of sale and uphold Crocs’ brand standards. You’ll help customers, manage merchandise, and support store operations to create a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs’ service model
• Assist in store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement and stockroom operations
• Work with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives through selling strategies
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control and compliance
