Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5+ years business experience.
• Minimum 3 years progressive marketing experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, creative development, and project management.

Responsibilities

• ACUVUE® Design Collective Management and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate internal and external design resources to deliver projects on time.
• Support workload planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Lead governance of brand assets and creative resources.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop professional and consumer creative.
• Manage asset approvals through medical and legal reviews.
• Identify opportunities for content reuse and cross-channel optimization.
• Lead ecommerce creative asset development for product pages, stores, and banners.
