Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to evaluate product presentation and store conditions.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with flexible hours and immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Own a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit followed by follow-up visits and visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
