Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Field Marketing Representatives to promote a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the Akron, OH territory. You will engage adult consumers in one-on-one conversations, share brand offerings, collect feedback, and distribute promotions.

No tobacco experience required, just a great personality and confidence in engaging customers. The role involves travel within the territory, a 5-day flexible schedule (Mon–Sat), and requires at least 21 years old

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic demeanor suitable for retail and promotions.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; able to manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and ability to engage customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications for reporting and day-to-day activations.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers; educate consumers on promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement; build relationships with store personnel.
• Document activity results and survey completions through reporting systems.
