Job summary

You’ll assist customers in finding what they need, support product replenishment, maintain presentation standards, and process purchases, returns, and online orders to ensure a seamless omni‑channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.

• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick‑Up, and ship-from-store orders.
