Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Brand Representative to bring our store experience to life, engage customers with care, and help create a welcoming environment. You’ll assist shoppers in finding what they need and ensure shelves look inviting across categories.

In this role you’ll maintain presentation standards, support replenishment, and handle purchases with a friendly checkout experience. You’ll also assist with online orders and in-store pickup to deliver a seamless omni-channel

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
