Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life, greeting customers with care, offering product guidance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll help customers find what they need and maintain a well-presented store environment.

The role covers customer service, sales floor upkeep, cash wrap duties, and omni-channel support for in-store pickups and ship-from-store orders. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.

• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap with a friendly checkout.
• Assist with Save the Sale orders, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store orders.
