Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to promote a premium tobacco brand at retail locations in the La Porte, IN area. You will engage adult consumers one-on-one, explain promotions, gather feedback, and distribute offers while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Must be able to travel within the territory and have reliable transportation; tobacco industry experience is not

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and comply with policies and local regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and educate buyers on promotions.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
