Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life by engaging customers and helping them find what they need.

You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and represent the brand authentically in a fast-paced retail setting. You will handle customer interactions, assist with styling guidance, and support store maintenance while participating in omni-channel activities like in-store pickup and ship-from-store orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
