Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, anticipate needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment with presentation standards.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up and ship-from-store orders.
