Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life. You will engage customers with care, help them find what they need, and maintain a welcoming, well-presented environment across departments.

In this role you will support customer service on the sales floor, assist with replenishment, processing purchases, returns, exchanges, and omni-channel tasks such as in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and ship-from-store orders.
