URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the store experience to life at our New Orleans location. You will connect with customers through personal style, discuss product drops, and help guests shop in a way that feels authentic and fun.

You’ll engage shoppers with energy, maintain displays, and support seamless in-store and online experiences. A friendly, people-first attitude and flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Interest in Urban Outfitters and fashion culture.
• Strong customer service mindset with enthusiasm for product drops.
• Able to engage customers and provide authentic shopping experiences.
• Comfort in a fast-moving retail environment and adapting to schedule.
• Prior retail or guest service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life with individuality and knowledge of current products.
• Create energy on the sales floor through authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping displays tidy and merchandise well styled.
• Assist customers using in-store tech and support online or in-store shopping.
• Stay curious, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed.
• Work as a team to maintain a positive store environment.
