Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store experience to life. You’ll connect with customers through authentic conversations, stay informed on drops and trends, and help create a welcoming, on-brand environment at 17255 Davenport St, Omaha, NE 68118.

You’ll engage shoppers, restock and style displays, and use in-store tech to support seamless buying whether in-store or online. Flexibility with scheduling and a team-focused mindset are essential to thrive in this role.

• Assist customers using in-store tech to support shopping across formats (in-store, online).
