URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Jacksonville, FL to bring the UO experience to life through authentic conversation, personal style, and genuine customer care.

You’ll greet shoppers, share knowledge about drops and trends, restock and display items, and use store tech to help customers shop in-store or online. This role offers flexible scheduling, employee discounts on UO products, and opportunities to grow within the brand while contributing to a lively, inclusive

• Make shopping seamless: restock, style displays, and keep the space on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store or online.
• Stay curious and flexible; adapt to daily store needs.
• Work as a team and share ideas to keep the store positive.
