Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent leading beer brands at on/off premise accounts in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. You will visit scheduled accounts weekly, complete events, and engage customers with product samples while maintaining strong communication with account staff.

The role requires 20+ years old due to alcohol dispensing, 1+ year Brand Ambassador or bartending experience, and availability Wednesday-Sunday evenings.

Qualifications

• Brand ambassador or bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills required.
• Must be reliable and able to engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by Market Manager.
• Complete 3 events on a nightly basis.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on the product.
• Provide event recaps and feedback to Market Manager.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and staff in assigned areas.
