Job summary

Mondelēz International in Richardson, TX is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store, stock shelves, and execute displays while building strong store partnerships.

You will drive product to shelves, manage in-store promotions, and support seasonal launches. Candidates should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs; shifts start as early as 5 am for 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and moving product.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and act as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
