Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Salem/Roanoke area. You will execute in-store merchandising, stock shelves, and manage displays to keep iconic brands front and center.

You will visit stores on a daily schedule, build relationships with store personnel, and use iPad and Salesforce for ordering. This role requires physical activity and reliable transportation in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos per DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and physical requirements of the role.
