Job summary

Mondelēz International in Catonsville, MD is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to be the face of our iconic brands in local stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock and well-presented, while delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.

You’ll perform daily store visits, enter product orders on an iPad using Salesforce, and apply RTM plans for promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Catonsville, MD.
• Schedule Monday–Friday, weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage across locations.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, lifting and moving products as needed.
