Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent our iconic brands in-store, stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are easy to find for shoppers.

You will travel to primary Cincinnati area locations, use iPad and Salesforce to order stock, follow RTM plans, and start early at 6:00 AM, with weekend availability and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Cincinnati, OH; secondary locations include Newport, Cold Spring, KY, Delhi, Harrison, Dent.
• Open schedule, including 1 weekend day; Start time 06:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
