Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Austin, TX. You will manage in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock and highly visible.

You will visit stores daily, take display photos, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and collaborate with store teams to maintain optimal shelf presence. The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising and RTM plan adherence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access bases.

Responsibilities

• Take daily store visits and stock shelves per Mondelez standards.
• Capture displays and photos as required via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and perform physical tasks as required.
