Job summary

Mondelez International in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are always in stock, building relationships with store teams and shoppers.

You will order products via iPad, capture display photos, and follow RTM plans, while supporting promotions and seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 25 lbs and beyond.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Waco, TX).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules for efficient coverage among teams.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
