Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PR and influencer marketing in beauty, with strong writing, communication, and content skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree. This role collaborates across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in PR, influencer marketing, and social media content/strategy in beauty sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience executing PR and social campaigns.
• Established network in press, influencers, events, social media in beauty.
• Excellent communication skills; strong writing and PowerPoint/Excel abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote brand voice across traditional, digital, and social channels.
• Use integrated communications to sustain brand image for US audiences.
• Manage influencer strategy and campaign execution with partners and teams.
• Create content for social media and retail partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in planning and executing events and sponsorships with day-to-day coordination.
