• Ensure high standards of client service, product knowledge and brand knowledge.

• Lead recruitment in line with diversity and inclusion goals.
• Develop and support a high-performing team, fostering morale and growth.
• Identify succession plans and develop career paths with the Line Manager.
• Provide ongoing feedback and training consistent with company guidelines.
• Maintain high Visual Presentation standards reflecting brand directives.
• Oversee stockroom management and stocktakes per Zimmermann policy.
• Uphold health and safety policies and procedures.
• Manage rostering and timesheet administration.
• Ensure consistent store operations and rostering efficiency.
