Talent Bridging seeks a proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to own the brand's day-to-day digital presence, turning award-winning project work into engaging content, brand awareness, and qualified sales opportunities.

You will manage content calendars, coordinate with project teams for footage, run paid campaigns on Meta, update website content with no-code tools, and drive the lead journey from capture to consultation. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong English writing and storytelling skills.
Experience with Instagram, Facebook and lead generation.
Ability to develop and manage content calendars and branding.
Comfort using no-code website platforms and CMS.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
Manage the company’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and other lead-gen channels.
Write captions, CTAs and supporting social copy.
Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
Monitor comments and inquiries and respond promptly.
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
Build campaigns, audiences and budgets, test creatives for lead quality.
Develop before-and-after project content and short-form video content.
Coordinate content with project managers to source footage from job sites.
Ensure leads are tracked and followed up through the lead journey.
