Pandora in Ridgedale Center is seeking a Sales Lead to energize our in-store experience. You will connect with fans, exceed sales goals, and support Managers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Lead, you will coach the team, provide real-time feedback, and help build lasting brand loyalty through product knowledge and genuine engagement. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• You bring care in communication, both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• Your business acumen and analytical thinking drive positive results.
• You manage time effectively and can prioritize while delegating tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is expected.
• You are 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
• A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is part of the role.
