Pandora A/S is seeking a Sales Lead at Pandora @ Longview Mall to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support managers and the sales team in a high-energy in-store environment, building genuine connections with customers and promoting brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a high-performance selling role, strong communication, and the ability to coach others while managing time and priorities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication and the ability to connect with customers at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with analytical thinking and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
