Pandora North America in the USA & Canada seeks a Sales Lead to embody the brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store while supporting Managers and Sales Associates.

You will strive to exceed sales targets, coach the team, build brand loyalty through authentic connections with fans, and craft memorable shopping moments with deep product knowledge and KPI focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by connecting with fans.
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.
