J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Sales Associate to embody our brand with personal style and passion on the sales floor. You’ll help customers discover their look and work with teammates to drive business.

You’ll create a seamless customer experience with collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. The role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the position offers hourly pay in the $15.92–$17.10 range plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds

• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
