Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand on the floor, help customers find their look, and collaborate with teammates to drive store success.

You’ll deliver a seamless customer experience with warmth and inclusivity, stay current with fashion trends, and support tasks from merchandising to cash handling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.10 per hour, with bonus programs and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
• Be adaptable and solve problems as they arise.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 40 pounds.
