J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an authentic, welcoming customer experience and help customers find their look on the sales floor. You will collaborate with teammates and managers to drive sales and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).
