DL PM Services, LLC seeks a Graphic & Digital Designer to shape visual communications for DISTRITO T-Mobile across web, mobile, social, and marketing channels. You will work closely with the Brand & Creative Manager to ensure brand consistency and scalable design systems.

Onsite in San Juan, PR, the role requires 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, strong typography and web design knowledge, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a creative/marketing setting.
• Strong knowledge of graphic, web, and typographic design principles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate input into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• English fluency (verbal and written).
• Experience in marketing/agency or entertainment venues preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on brainstorming and strategy for a variety of deliverables.
• Convert strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Create original content applying brand guidelines for color, typography, and layout.
• Ensure projects are completed with strong quality and on schedule.
• Maintain brand guidelines while producing new assets to support consistent execution.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and additional design work.
• Design visual experiences for DISTRITO T-Mobile website landing pages.
• Partner across the organization to deliver elegant, on-brand visual assets.
• Introduce new ideas to improve user experience and support site content maintenance.
• Support content production on location at events.
• Manage multiple projects balancing deadlines with creative excellence.
• Collaborate with PRISA managers to support goals and objectives.
