Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is seeking a collaborative, growth-minded Designer to shape the Stellar brand. You’ll own end-to-end design across campaigns, launches, and multi-channel content while collaborating with leadership and external partners.

The role emphasizes production autonomy, evolution of design systems, and the use of AI tools to drive impact. 3–5 years of brand design experience and a strong portfolio are required, with hybrid work in the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of brand design experience.
• Robust portfolio showing brand thinking across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience building and evolving design systems.
• Production independence across end-to-end projects.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, strategy and content teams.
• Excellent communication and advocacy for design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Content Design: Own end-to-end design across campaigns and multi-channel content.
• Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop narrative-driven concepts and evolve design system.
• Operational Autonomy: Manage full production lifecycle with minimal oversight.
• Collaboration & Agency Management: Partner with stakeholders and agencies.
• Team Leadership & Innovation: Lead development and improve processes using AI tools.
