Stellar is seeking a collaborative Designer to shape the Stellar brand across campaigns, product launches, and multi-channel marketing. You will manage production lifecycles, partner with leadership, and elevate our visual narrative with a growth-minded mindset.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and innovation within a mission-driven team, offering the chance to influence brand systems and creative direction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of brand design experience with agency and in-house work.
• Robust portfolio across digital, motion, and print collateral.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of AI design tools.
• Ability to extend and evolve design systems.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across campaigns and multi-channel content.
• Develop narrative-driven visual concepts and contribute to design system evolution.
• Manage full production lifecycle with minimal day-to-day oversight.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Lead creative development on high-visibility projects and improve team processes.
