Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation is seeking a collaborative Designer to elevate our visual narrative across global digital and marketing channels. You will own end-to-end design for campaigns, launches, and multi-channel content, partnering with leadership and external agencies to maintain brand excellence.

The role offers autonomy to manage production lifecycles, evolve design systems, and mentor others, with a hybrid work model and exposure to a mission-driven, open-source fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in brand design with a mix of agency and in-house work.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating cohesive visual systems and clear brand thinking across digital and physical assets.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; fluency with emerging AI design tools.
• Ability to extend brand design systems and guide high-level creative direction.
• Production independence: manage end-to-end projects with external agencies and freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Content Design: own end-to-end design across campaigns and multi-channel content, elevating the Stellar brand.
• Creative Strategy & Execution: develop narrative-driven visual concepts and evolve the design system.
• Operational Autonomy: manage full production lifecycles with minimal day-to-day oversight.
• Collaboration & Agency Management: partner with stakeholders and agencies to ensure brand excellence.
• Team Leadership & Innovation: lead high-visibility projects and improve team processes with scalable components and AI tools.
