Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a Brand Designer who operates at the edge of creativity and speed. This fully remote role within the United States offers the chance to work inside an established brand system alongside mentors, delivering weekly work seen by customers, partners, and the market.

You’ll design presentations, sales collateral, social and web assets, and campaigns, while honoring brand guidelines, pushing into new formats, and collaborating with marketing, product, and sales to ship

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a brand, visual, or marketing designer or equivalent internship and freelance experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates craft and range; depth over a long reel.
• Fluency and speed in Figma, plus working knowledge of Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign.
• Genuine collaboration instincts, high EQ and patience.
• Comfort using AI tools in workflow and ability to ship.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, social and display assets, email, web pages, and event materials.
• Work within brand guidelines and component libraries, while pushing them to new formats.
• Own the details that make design feel human—type, spacing, color, hierarchy.
• Move quickly from brief to final design and take on expanding scope.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales, sharing work early and incorporating feedback.
• Contribute to larger brand projects as a proactive, capable team member.
