5+ years of experience in brand, packaging, or marketing design.
Strong visual design and production skills.
Proven ability to develop original, high-quality design concepts.

Responsibilities

Design packaging, retail display graphics, and related collateral across multiple product lines and brands.
Develop distinctive visual concepts for new brands, product launches, and packaging systems, incorporating AI throughout the creative process.
Use AI image-generation and visualization tools to explore concepts and visualize final packaging before production.
Translate approved concepts into production-ready packaging and display layouts while preserving design direction.
Create and update product labels, inserts, POP displays, headers, and other print collateral.
Manage packaging revisions, SKU variations, and rolling product updates across brands.
