The role requires 5+ years in visual design with branding and performance marketing, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio. Hybrid work model and stock options are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of visual design experience with branding & performance marketing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects (motion/illustration preferred).
• Understanding of brand identities, digital marketing, website design & performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual brand strategies aligned with business goals and improve project outcomes.
• Evolve brand guidelines and visual systems across marketing and product projects.
• Conceptualize and execute high‑impact design across paid media, email, web, landing pages, and video.
• Maintain cohesion across outputs and apply design thinking to multiple channels.
